Je kunt me treffen in de praktijkruimtes als ook in de oefenzaal. Hier verzorg ik o.a. Parkinson-training en het COOL-programma (2-jarig leefstijlveranderingsprogramma voor mensen met obesitas, vergoed vanuit de zorgverzekeraar).\r\n\r\nDe samenwerking tussen de pati\u00ebnt en de therapeut staat bij mij centraal. Zonder goed overleg bereik je minder. Mijn interesse gaat naast het bewegingsapparaat ook uit naar de psyche van de mens. Waarom blijven bepaalde klachten in stand gehouden, hoe is de algemene gezondheid, denk aan voeding\/slaap\/stress. Deze interesse heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik in 2020 tevens ben afgestudeerd als leefstijlcoach (BLCN-lid).\r\n\r\nVerder heb ik in 2016 de opleiding tot handtherapeut afgerond. U kunt bij mij terecht als uw handen\/armen u hinderen in de dagelijkse bezigheden. U weet als geen ander hoe frustrerend het is, als u uw handen niet meer kunt gebruiken zoals u altijd gewend was. Hiervoor werk ik nauw samen met een hand-ergotherapeut. Dit zorgt voor korte communicatielijnen.\r\n\r\nDaarnaast heb ik de afgelopen jaren verschillende cursussen gevolgd, waardoor u voor o.a. medical taping en dry-needling bij mij terecht kan. Tevens ben ik sinds 2014 lid van het Parkinsonnet.\r\n\r\nIn de toekomst wil ik me graag blijven ontwikkelen. Met veel plezier &amp; passie ga ik iedere dag weer naar de praktijk door het leuke team, maar ook zeker de pati\u00ebnten!\r\nIk werk graag met mensen en zo ben ik de fysiotherapie ingerold. Mijn passie ligt bij het helpen van ouderen en sporters dit kan natuurlijk mooi gecombineerd worden.\r\nLos daarvan help ik graag iedereen met klachten. Mijn ambities zijn om de master geriatrie af te ronden en mensen weer terug te geven wat ze niet meer kunnen in het dagelijks leven.\r\nHet vak fysiotherapie staat niet stil en dat is voor mijn pati\u00ebnten en mijzelf erg belangrijk om mee te blijven bewegen. Mijn visie is dat je ongeacht je leeftijd nog heel veel kunt bereiken mits je op de juiste manier aan je doelen werkt! Mijzelf omschrijf ik als erg sportief, sociaal en positief ingesteld. In mijn vrije tijd een levensgenieter op verschillende manieren: lekker eten, wintersport, duiken, wakeboarden, fitness, mountainbike, voetbal en \u00e9\u00e9ntje drinken met
