Dan wordt je klacht een geschil. Je kunt een geschil binnen \u00c3\u00a9\u00c3\u00a9n jaar na ontvangst van het schriftelijke oordeel van de fysiotherapeut voorleggen aan de Geschillencommissie Fysiotherapie. Voorwaarde is dat de gebeurtenis waarover je klaagt niet langer dan 5 jaar geleden heeft plaatsgevonden. De Geschillencommissie Fysiotherapie is een onafhankelijke commissie die onderzoekt en beoordeelt of je klacht gegrond is en hierover een bindende uitspraak doet<\/p>\n<p>Indien het overleg tussen u en de praktijk niet het gewenste resultaat heeft kunt u zich wenden tot de klachtencommissie van het KNGF. \u00c2\u00a0U dient uw klacht te melden bij het secretariaat van de klachtencommissie.
